Dodol is a toffy-like food delicacy popular in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and India. It is made with coconut milk, jaggery, rice flour, and sometimes cashews, and is sticky, thick and sweet.
In Indonesia, dodol from Garut was so famous. Garut is a little town in West Java, called Diamond City. Dodol Picnic, that's the brandname.

Now they have a various kind of flavour. Durian, pineapple, chocolate, sesame, ginger-honey and of course, strawberry. So, for this blog, I'll talk about the strawberry flavour only.
The sweet of Picnic strawberry dodol has an exactly measurement. The texture is so mild and you can smell strawberry aroma. Yeah..this is a great innovation from PT.Herlinah Cipta Pratama. When I see the ingredients, they're using strawberry jam, oh great..I feel it ;)
