Hidden Banana by Choco Strawberry

This dessert is so delicious. So sweet, from the baked bananas and the chocolate milk. Of course with the strawberry that you can found the taste from pancakes. You can cook this for your children snack or yourself time.


Here's the recipes...

First, you need all of this :

• 10 bananas, slightly pressure
• butter for a smear

Pancake :

• 100 g flour
• 50 g granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon powdered milk
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 275 mL milk
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 2 tablespoon cooking oil
• strawberry paste

Garnish :

• some chocolate milk

Now, let's cook it :

• Sift together flour, granulated sugar and powdered milk.
• Add egg, milk, melted butter and cooking oil. Stirring only until smooth.
• Colouring it with strawberry paste and stir it again.
• Cook on a hot, greased griddle, thin pancake, cook until brown on one side and around edge, turn and brown the other side.
• Now, baked the bananas into griddle, smear it with butter on both side, cook until brown.
• Take one pancake, put one baked banana on the top and roll it.
• Serve on dinner plate and garnish it with chocolate milk.

Picnic Strawberry Dodol

Dodol is a toffy-like food delicacy popular in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and India. It is made with coconut milk, jaggery, rice flour, and sometimes cashews, and is sticky, thick and sweet.

In Indonesia, dodol from Garut was so famous. Garut is a little town in West Java, called Diamond City. Dodol Picnic, that's the brandname.


Now they have a various kind of flavour. Durian, pineapple, chocolate, sesame, ginger-honey and of course, strawberry. So, for this blog, I'll talk about the strawberry flavour only.

The sweet of Picnic strawberry dodol has an exactly measurement. The texture is so mild and you can smell strawberry aroma. Yeah..this is a great innovation from PT.Herlinah Cipta Pratama. When I see the ingredients, they're using strawberry jam, oh great..I feel it ;)

Serve strawberry dodol with tea in your spare time. It gonna be delicious ;)
